How does Board Game Rental work at Buzzin' Meeples: -

• you need to be classed as a KNOWN CUSTOMER to start to rent games from Buzzin' Meeples.

• What is a KNOWN CUSTOMER: Either someone I have known personally for 6 months+ OR a customer who has visited Buzzin' Meeples on at least 3 previous separate occasions - logged on the Loyalty system.

• I will need to keep a record of your full name, address, telephone and email contact details whilst you are renting games from Buzzin' Meeples (your information will be held as detailed in our Privacy Policy).

• You must be at least 18 years of age and produce 1 x form of Name I/D (such as passport or driving licence) to validate this prior to your first game rental.

All games with a WHITE sticker are available to rent (with their Rental Points value stated on the white sticker). Games with a BLACK sticker are not available to rent (but may be added to rental stock later).

How much does it cost to rent games from Buzzin' Meeples?

• OPTION 1: You can pay a Monthly Subscription - 

  • £15 per month allows you to take games up to a total of 5 points for any length of time (you can only have games to the value of 5 points out of the store at any one time) - swap the game(s) whenever you like!

  • £25 per month allows you to take games up to a total of 10 points for any length of time (you can only have games to the value of 10 points out of the store at any one time) - swap the game(s) whenever you like!

  • £35 per month allows you to take games up to a total of 15 points for any length of time (you can only have games to the value of 15 points out of the store at any one time) - swap the game(s) whenever you like!

  • Your first Subscription payment must be paid in-store prior to taking any games, with future monthly subscription payments set-up to pay from a Bank Card on the Buzzin' Meeples website (you are free to cancel any subscription at any time but will be unable to take out a further subscription within 6 months of cancelling).

  • All games must be returned at the end of the month in which your monthly subscription is cancelled.

• OPTION 2: You can pay a one-off charge for a 7-day rental each time you rent at £2 per point for a 7-day rental - i.e.

  • £2 for a 7-day rental of games totalling 1 point.​

  • £4 for a 7-day rental of games totalling 2 points.

  • £6 for a 7-day rental of games totalling 3 points.

  • £8 for a 7-day rental of games totalling 4 points.

  • £10 for a 7-day rental of games totalling 5 points.

  • (Then an additional £2 per point after 5 points up to a maximum of £20 for 10 points of games - games over 10 points in total not an option for 7-day rental)

  • All games must be returned by the end of 7 days after initially taking the games home.
